Once you have completed the trial it’s up to you on how you want to proceed.

Getting started with paid work: your USource Client Manager will assist you, at no cost, to finalise the hiring process, including – number of dedicated team members, hours required, pricing and when your team member or team will commence paid work.

Hours Required: To work with US directly, the minimum hours required is 30 hours per month (approximately 1.5 hours per day). You can work with your team member on how the hours will be used.

Invoice & Payment: Payment can be made by credit card or wire transfer. It is upfront, prepaid, to lock in the schedule of your team member/s. Once you agree to proceed you will hear from our accounts team. They are responsible for all things related to hours, billing and invoices.

No Multi-Month Contracts: . We work on a month-to-month basis, unless agreed otherwise. Around the 20th of each month our accounts team will contact you to determine your pipeline of work for the following month – will it stay the same, increase, decrease? This keeps you working with the same team members.

Supporting Your Business: You will work directly with your team member, just like you would with any hire. If you require team members for other projects your Client Manager is a message away to assist you at no cost. 

How we’re different: We have team managers on-hand in the background (at no cost) to assist with any obstacles, roadblocks and to provide ad hoc assistance, although they won’t be directly involved in your projects (as they’re responsible for assisting all of their team). Also, sitting in the background is our wider management team – accounts, HR, compliance, operations teams and senior managers, which will be indirectly involved in supporting your business.
