Some fun word play with “us”. There is no definitive answer or name for a word within a word, but they can be referred to as “Matryoshka words” (matryoshka is a Russian doll which contains identical smaller dolls), or even Kangaroo words, as a Kangaroo carries its joey in its pouch.
